TOM COLLINS
4 cl dry gin
2 cl lemon juice
1 cl sugar syrup
soda water
Put gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup into a Collins glass filled with ice cubes.
Add soda water, stir and garnish with lemon slice and Maraschino cherry.
MOJITO
4 cl white rum
3 cl lime juice
2 tsp white sugar
3 mint sprigs
soda water
Lightly crush mint sprigs with lime juice and sugar. Add rum and cracked ice.
Fill with soda water, stir and garnish with mint.
MANHATTAN
5 cl rye or Canadian whisky
2 cl red vermouth
1 dash Angostura bitters
Stir everything with ice cubes, fill into cooled cocktail glass and serve with
Maraschino cherry.
BLOODY MARY
4 cl vodka
1 cl lemon juice
8 cl tomato juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 dashes Tabasco
1 pinch of celery salt
1 pinch of pepper
Put everything into a longdrink glass filled with ice cubes, stir and serve with
a stalk of celery.
PLANTER’S PUNCH
4 cl brown rum
1 cl grenadine syrup
2 cl lemon juice
4 cl pineapple juice
8 cl orange juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Mix with some ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and strain into a hurricane glass
filled with ice cubes. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a Maraschino cherry.
